These terms apply to in-person technical analysis training offered by Anchor Base Strategy Academy at Kazbegi Avenue 44, Gali, Shida Kartli District, Georgia. Using this website or requesting a seat constitutes acceptance of these terms. Georgian law governs the agreement. The website is informational; a seat is confirmed only in writing or by telephone.
We provide classroom instruction in indicator confluence and related chart-reading drills. Programmes, duration, and indicative prices are described on the services pages and confirmed when a seat is reserved. Training is educational. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, offer investment advice, or guarantee learning speed or market results.
A place is reserved after we confirm availability. Fees are discussed by telephone or in person and are not collected through this site. Indicative prices on the site may change; the amount in the confirmation note is the fee that applies. Receipts are issued for classroom fees paid at the academy.
Arrive on time, bring a notebook, and treat printed charts as classroom property unless they are marked as take-home. Do not photograph other students without their consent. Homework must not be completed after looking at later bars when the sheet is designed to stop mid-swing. You remain responsible for any decisions you make with charts outside class.
Worksheets, checklists, and board examples are licensed for your personal study. They may not be copied for a paid course, posted as a product, or presented as the academy’s public syllabus without written permission.
Rules for refunds, rescheduling, deposits, and no-shows are set out on the refund page. If an instructor cannot attend, we offer another date or a refund of the affected session according to that policy.
Classroom teaching cannot eliminate the risk of misunderstanding a chart. We are not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by transport, or interruption of third-party image hosts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law.
