The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional telephone number, the programme you are asking about, and a message. If you enrol, we may keep attendance notes and a fee receipt. The site may process technical data needed to serve pages. Public images are loaded from an external host.
We use enquiry details to answer you, confirm a seat, and keep a simple classroom register. The legal basis is your request and, where a seat is booked, the training arrangement. Cookie-preference storage is based on your choice in the banner.
Unanswered or declined enquiries are deleted within twelve months. Records needed for fees and attendance are kept for the periods required under Georgian bookkeeping and tax rules. We do not sell lists. Instructors who need to know who is in the room may see first names and programme.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data we hold, and you may object to certain uses. Write via the contact form or to the Gali address. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
We take reasonable steps to keep paper registers and digital messages away from casual view. No method of transmission is perfect. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will follow applicable notice rules.
