These rules apply to classroom fees for Indicator Confluence Sessions, Oscillator Alignment Studio, Moving Average Stack Review, and the Volume-Price Confirmation Lab. They do not apply to goods we do not sell, to shipping, or to online checkout—none of which this academy operates.
A written or telephoned cancellation received at least 48 hours before the first scheduled evening of a four-week confluence block, or at least 24 hours before a single studio, review, or lab, is eligible for a full refund of fees already paid for that programme, provided no custom printed pack has been produced for you alone.
If you cancel after a confluence block has begun, unused remaining evenings may be refunded. We deduct evenings already held and any personal checklist work completed for you. A single evening that has already been taught is not refunded. Partial refunds are calculated from the confirmed fee, not from later promotional figures.
Printed take-home sheets already handed to you, tea provided during a studio, and instructor time already spent on a personal desk review are not refunded. If we printed a name-specific worksheet pack at your request, the printing cost stated in the confirmation note is deducted.
A deposit, if we ask for one to hold a Saturday studio seat, is applied to the fee. It is refundable under the same 24-hour rule as the studio itself. After that window it is retained only to the extent the seat could not be offered to another student; any unused balance is returned.
You may move to another published evening of the same programme once without a fee if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead and a chair is free. A second move in the same month is treated as a cancellation of that evening unless illness is documented.
If you are absent without notice, that evening is due and is not refunded. We may, at discretion, offer a later homework review at the side table; that courtesy is not a substitute refund.
Once an instructor has marked your personal confluence checklist or annotated your homework sheet, that preparation is work already started. Its time is deducted from any partial refund of a block.
Use the contact form or call +995 599 120 354. Name the programme, the dates, and whether you paid in cash or by bank transfer. We respond within seven working days. Approved refunds are paid within fourteen days by the same method where possible, or by bank transfer to an account in your name.
If we cancel an evening and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, that evening is refunded in full. If a whole block is interrupted for a reason we cannot control, we refund unused evenings after deducting sessions already taught.
